Spacious, clean, great view
We absolutely loved our Christmas stay here. The house is very well equipped and the location is just perfect for coastal walks and short car trips to other bays. We are a family of five and grandparents came with us and we all had plenty of space and everyone commented on how great the house was. Thank you for having us. – Iveta L.

Great house in a gorgeous location
Newland is a lovely house, really home from home, the owners have thought of everything. In a lovely location too with views over the bay and so convenient to just walk down the road and have access to the beach. We will be back! – Suzanne T.

Stepper
My little secret !
I really don’t want to say how i feel about this place in case it gets booked up before me ! Each year we visit Cornwall and i am so pleased i found his little gem. We have stayed here twice now and have already booked for next year to save disappointment. The location is fabulous for our family and our little dog. Home from home. Surfing dog friendly beach a short walk away, dog friendly pub that does great food however the pub its self could do with a bit of a tidy / update. Fabulous coastal walks on the door step. Everything we need a pleasant drive or walk away. Happy Family and Happy memories made.
