Newland is an ideal location for old fashioned family beach holidays and the garden is big enough for games and relaxing in the sunshine out of the wind. The house has ample parking for 5 cars.
Newland sleeps eight and is a spacious family house that has a relaxed feel with views overlooking Harlyn Bay which is a family and dog friendly beach.
The accommodation consists of one double and three twin bedrooms, one upstairs bathroom and a shower room downstairs. The large upstairs living room overlooks the bay and there is a generous size family kitchen that lead onto a terrace.
The beach is a short walk along the lane, through a swing gate and down a sandy path.
Some of the best surfing can be enjoyed across the headland at Constantine and Boobys – whilst beginners can get to grips with the basics on Harlyn Beach with lessons from one of the many surf schools in the area.
With prior notice we allow up to two well behaved dogs and there is a small charge per dog.
The change over day is Thursday, but there is flexibility out of season for weekend and special breaks. Duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided.
